Cookie policy
This site does not track you. It sets eight cookies, all of them to make what you asked for work — and that is why no banner jumps in your face.

Why we do not ask for your consent
Law 506/2004, art. 4(5), requires consent before placing a cookie on your phone or computer. Paragraph (6)(b) exempts cookies "strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested" by you.
All our cookies fall under that exemption. We have no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising and nothing that follows you from one site to another. So there is nothing for us to ask you.
The eight cookies

All are set by us, from italien.ro. None goes to anyone else and none leaves the European Union.
What else we use, besides cookies
- Your phone's storage (localStorage) — for the order started at the table and for the loyalty card, so you do not have to enter them twice. They stay on your phone; they never reach us.
- Google reviews — on the pages where they appear, the profile pictures of the people who wrote them load from Google. They set no cookies, but Google sees that the image was requested.
- The fonts load from Google Fonts. They set no cookies, but your IP address reaches Google at the moment the font is downloaded.
If you want to remove them anyway
You can delete them from your browser settings at any time. Note: if you delete italien_sess, you are signed out, and if you delete italien_masa while you are at the table, the menu will no longer know which table you are ordering from.
If anything changes
If we ever add an analytics or advertising tool, then a consent banner will appear as well — with refusing as simple as accepting — and the table above will be filled in the same day.
